Sign Into Portal
Select "Maintenance" and see the following message:
"A Maintenance Tech/Vendor will be in your unit within the next 30 days to complete the requested Work Order.
If this is an emergency, please contact the onsite staff or leave a message with our After-Hours Call Center."

Provide Work Order Details
Click "NEXT" and you will be prompted to provide details of the work needed. Type a brief description of the problem/what is being experienced. You will have the option to attach a picture of the probelm.

Provide the Service Location
Click "NEXT" and choose the location the work order service is needed. Location options will be chosen from the dropdown box (ex: livingroom, bathroom, etc.)

Submit the Work Order
Click "SUBMIT" and your work order will be submitted. Our management staff will be notified and able to address the submission in a timely manner.
